The 社区 are the voluntary arm of the D.C. 酒吧. There are 21 社区 designed to provide member benefits and opportunities to grow your network while maintaining focus on practice-specific career development. They are led by the 社区 Committee, which oversees the operation of the D.C. 酒吧的社区 Program by facilitating 社区-wide programming and content, volunteer opportunities, and member engagement initiatives. Each Community (except the 法学院的学生 Community) is led by a five-member steering committee made up of elected members. These leaders work to develop and implement content programs, networking opportunities, and other events for their members.

Yes, you do not have to be a D.C. 酒吧 member to join 社区. There is a slightly higher fee for those who are not 酒吧 members who wish to join D.C. 酒吧的社区. The membership dues for D.C. 酒吧 members is $89; the subscriber fee for other individuals is $139. If you have not already done so, you will need to 创建帐户.
